By using my site you are agreeing to abide by the rules, terms and conditions that are stated on this page, if you do not agree to any of these then do not use my website. If you break the rules in any way shape or form you will be banned from using my site.I see no reason why people should be abusive towards me and then expect to still be able to use my site and the features which it contains. Features of this site, include the generators, pre-made layouts, graphix, layout generator, name generator and everything that is associated with this website.This entire site is under copyright protection and no part of it including code, text, images, layouts, animations, notices, etc are allowed to be re-distributed in any way shape or form. All images used in my layouts have been submitted by users of my site to my gallery which as clearly defined in the gallery gives me full permission over copyright to use the images that have been submitted on my site and in layouts created by myself.

All free layouts shown on my site have been created by myself, I have made the layout images using Adobe PhotoShop, and hand coded all code. No third party has made a layout for this site.

The Rules

By using my site you are agreeing to the following.

1. You must not claim any content from this site as your own work.

2. You are not allowed to modify the code to suit your own personal layouts.3. You must not modify the images in any way.4. The link back to www.ebonygraphix.co.uk must be kept on layouts you use.5. You do not have my permission to sell anything from this site for real or fake money.6. You are not allowed to re-distribute anything from this site.7. You can only use my layouts and features from this site on player pages of online horse games8. Features of this site must not be used on personal websites.9. You must not send the website owner any mail not assoicated with this site, including forwarded emails or spam.10. You must not use my layout generator and claim that you made the layout, you didnt.11. You must not use my layout generator to make layouts for other people.12. You must not enter any content from this site into conetests, its MY work, this also includes layout generator created layouts.13. You must not put copyright over anything taken from my site they are copyright to me, I made them.14. Entering random letters or names into the layout generator more than once is classed as spamming. And spamming is not allowed on here.15. Entering names into the name generator means you are giving other people and this site full permission to use them any way they wish.

16. You are not allowed to submit each name more than once, excessive submission of the same name may result in a ban from the site due to spamming the system. Resulting in a manual deletion of selected names.

Zero Tolerance of Abusive Behaviour Policy
The Zero Tolerance of abusive behaviour policy is in place to protect the site and its users from abusive and insolent people from using it and its features. Any form of abuse, insolence, violence, swearing, harassment, racism, sexism, agism, will result in a ban of at least one month from using my site.I dont see why people should be allowed to use my site and the features which it contains if they are going to be abusive, they simply should not have the privalage of having something for free if they are going to be rude to the people that give it to them.An IP logging system is used on all forms on the site, to help prevent abuse of the website and system and help block individual computers from accessing my site if the site rules and / or the zero tolerance of abusive behaviour policy has been violated.

Anyone found breaking this policy will be banned from using any future layouts of our website, we can block individual people from accessing EbonyGraphix who harass or break the terms of this policy.
